2. Do I have to install software, have any technical skills or programming knowledge to use your online registration service?
 

No, we have designed the service to run on our server, which means you are not required to purchase or install software, make any changes to your system or do any programming.  In fact, you don't even need a web site to use the system.  The only requirement for clients is a connection to the Internet in order to access results.

3. How do I access the information collected by the online form?
   

ePly Golf's clients access information collected by the online form by logging into the ePly Golf website using the internet and an ID and password we assign.  Try our online demo to see how it works.

4.  What if someone does not have access to the internet?
 

If a tournament participant does not have internet access, they can contact the organizer by phone, fax or mail and their information can be entered directly into the database.

5. Which geographical areas do you serve?
 

Our office is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, but we can work with clients across the globe.

6. Is the information in your database secure?
 

Keeping information secure is our top priority.  Only ePly Golf clients are given passwords to access their collected information and we do not store any credit card information on our server

We also adhere to a strict privacy policy and never sell or distribute the information to any party other than our client.

7. Who owns the information in the database?
 

Our clients own all the information collected from their online form.  Once the reply deadline has passed, all the information is sent to our client and removed from the our server.
