We are always happy to prepare a proposal detailing
exactly what we provide and what you are required to provide to
use our registration services. Please review the list below
and email the information relating to your tournament to us at
info@eply.com.

or your situation that you feel are relevant. See our

for examples of what other clients have done.
Once we receive your information, we will contact you to discuss
your requirements further. If you have any questions or would
rather speak to someone in person first, please feel free to
contact us directly.
Information to help us prepare a proposal:
- The name and date of your tournament.
- The date you would like to start registration.
- The number of players in your tournament.
- The fields you would like to have on your registration form
(name, address, phone number etc.).
If you have a registration form from a previous event it may be
easier for you to email or fax us a copy.
- The selections you want on the online form (single registration,
foursome, extra dinners etc.).
- The website address you will be promoting the event from.
If you do not have a website, would you like to have a webpage
with information about your tournament that players will see before
they get to the registration form?
- A list of sponsorship packages if you want to sell them online.
Please include details such as price, name and what is included
for the sponsor.
- A list of other items you require on the online form such
as allowing people to make additional cash donations, donate silent
auction items or prizes, purchase draw tickets etc.
Payment related:
- Which payment options you would like on the form - credit
card, cheque, cash, invoice.
- If you plan to accept credit cards how would you like to handle
