and services provided to me by ePly Services during the Real
Estate Institute of BC’s 10th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
held in June of 2003.
Although this was a learning curve for me, I found the on-line
registration to be beneficial, and certainly can see the future
benefits of being fully automated for registration on-line next
year.
The tournament was as always a success, and I would like to

format of our on-line registration form at a moments notice.

we utilized for the 13th Annual NABS West Golf Tournament.
In view of the fact that this was the very first year for players
and sponsors to register online, it worked very well.
In addition, registrants felt safe and secure in providing credit
card information. So I would say that you should feel very
good about this, as many people generally speaking are at times
reluctant to undertake online credit card transactions. I
received not one concern or complaint.

This past May 2 we used ePly Services for our annual "TWU Golf
Tournament" and it proved to be very successful. The online
pre-registration process and forms that ePly developed and posted
reduced a significant amount of paperwork, as well, we saved costs
of not having to design and print a brochure as all our information
was on the web. We also saved time by not having to create
a separate database, as it was created by ePly and sent to me in
an excel document.
ePly Services provided good customer services by retuning phone
calls promptly and being flexible in adjusting to our specific wants
and needs.
